She/He has a completed academic education, one within law is of a strong advantage. The HR Staffing & Development Adviser is a conceptual thinker with a down-to-earth, positive attitude and great realisation power. She/He has sufficient strength to set up a network within De Brauw and has the team spirit and humour needed to deploy the role effectively and decisively.
