The people who work here stimulate me and each other. The cooperation between Arjen, Barbara and myself is a good example of this. Our different backgrounds and personalities, as well as our views on various matters diverge, yet our decision making reaches a perfect balance.

Robert Dicke studied Business Economics in Rotterdam. On completion of his study, he worked at an executive search company and co-founded Dicke Rӧell Breedveld in 2001.
