The profession of a headhunter can be exercised freely. To counter the free nature of our profession, I try to create a solid philosophy. In our philosophy, the professional is the focal point and we strive to add value to the job market.
“A broader approach”
What a person contributes in terms of skills, opportunities and the CultureClick is more important to me than whether they fulfil the job specifications as set out on paper. I encourage the employer to look beyond a CV and branch-specific expertise. In many cases, the optimal solution arises from adopting an unconventional approach.
Background
Barbara Rӧell studied Psychology in Leiden. She has in-depth knowledge of the executive search profession and has given shape to her philosophy together with Robert Dicke and Arjen Breedveld in their own business.
